Fine art influences human beings, and human beings are the advocates of social action. Hence, fine art is essentially a social force. Art involves the engagement of the perceptual world so as to demonstrate the picturesque moments within the world. Its main objective is to turn perceptual things into the intrinsically interesting and intrinsically fine.
In dominant professional undertakings and personal relations, the effort to constantly emphasise on the values in which the situations themselves can access, and life instead of a routine of hope and habit or an endless concern for results and consequences can become in its way beaming with brilliant inherent values.
If art consists of all these fine elements and can exercise the many fine ideal influences on individual and group life, why do human beings in the twentieth century remain primitive and human society remain in distressed predicament?
