The award was hosted by Japan Traffic Culture Association and the presentation ceremony was held on 12 November 2019 in Tokyo, Japan.

In addition to a scholarship, winners were invited to visit “CREARE Atami-Yugawara Studio” and appreciate different art pieces and displays.

Established in 1980, the award aims to support artistically talented young students who will contribute to the future of art and culture. Details are available at jptca.org/en/scholarship.
