MSU’s Faculty of Health and Life Sciences Wins kNOVASi Awards

Management and Science University (MSU) has bagged kNOVASi awards for teaching and learning innovations by members of its Faculty of Health and Life Sciences (FHLS).

A gold medal has been received by Santhra Segaran Balan for a ‘3D printing rat model embedded with augmented reality as a teaching tool for blood withdrawal technique’.

Azrina Zainal Abidin with ‘Enhancing teaching and learning via a 3D model of the musculoskeletal system’ has clinched a silver.

Themed ‘futuristic active learning beyond 2020’ this year, kNOVASi is an Innovation Congress and Competition Carnival organized by The National University of Malaysia (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, UKM) Centre for Teaching and Learning Technology in Bangi. The event was provided as a platform for sharing and expanding research and innovations. It also exhibited the latest products and innovation, particularly in teaching and learning.
